Association partners will receive a portion of the service revenues collected by LogIn paid on a quarterly basis. The portion that will be shared with the association depends on a number of factors including the overall market revenue potential, information and marketing commitments made by the association, and the numbers of actual subscribing members at the time a revenue sharing calculation is made. Typical rates are between 5% and 10%, with a minimum guaranteed payment over the first two years of service.
