and vision to the company. She directs the successful implementation of
the company's business plan while providing a stable work environment for
employees and building a solid reputation with customers. Joining the
company in 1988, Rose has had direct, front-line experience with every

Diane K. Waite, Product & Technology Manager, has over 20 years of
experience in the information technology field. She leads the staff of
information professionals and IT consultants in producing user-friendly,
expansive databases to meet members' information sharing needs.
